There’s one thing every company is hurting for.
It isn’t operating capital. It isn’t new clients. And it isn’t talented employees.
It’s time — the one thing all businesses have equal shares of, whether they’re running a vegetable stand in the Middle East or directing a multi-national firm.
Time levels all playing fields when it comes to business — you can probably think of entrepreneurs doing more in eight hours than a whole company accomplishes in a week.
If we all have equal access to the same eight hours, how are some able to accomplish more than others? How do we get our teams to ensure the important things get done and they move strategic priorities forward?
